Q: How do I choose between Standard or Extra Strength Adhesive?
A: When in doubt always start with standard. It is designed to not damage the interior of any hat or helmet. Extra strength is intended for stronger materials that are tougher to adhere to like cotton hats, rubber football helmets, etc. For additional information please refer to this video:
Q: How long does a NoSweat Performance Liner last?
A: Everyone sweats differently. We recommend changing it after every use for hygenic reasons. I mean, would you wear your boxers two days in a row? That being said, many individuals have reported that they can get 2-3 uses out of a single liner prior to replacing it.
Q: What does 100% Satsifaction Guaranteed mean?
A: It means we 100% guarantee your satisfaction with our product. If you try it and for some reason do not like it (we're not sure how that could be possible!), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly process a FULL REFUND.
Q: I want to switch my subscription pack size or delivery frequency, how do I do that?

A: You can cancel at any time. This can be done from your account page.

A: Our product is 100% made in America! Yeah buddy!
Q: Is there a fee to join?
A: There is NO membership fee and you can cancel your subscription at ANY time.
Q: When will I get my first order?
A: New NoSweat memberships will be processed immediately once you sign up, and your first shipment will leave our warehouse shortly after. Your product will usually arrive within 3-5 business days once mailed, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after your orders ships.
Q: When can I expect my monthly subscription shipment?
A: Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign up date. For example, if you join on the 15th, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 15th of each month. Your package will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days of your bill date.
If you would like to change your bill date to one that works better for you, please let us know and we’d be happy to do so.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive my package?
A: No, no signature is required.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. We are looking to expand soon!
