Iall types of hats / head gears. My nicer hats all have liners and not a sign of sweat stains or discomfort with liners on snap backs. Not sure on fitted hats. Size up 1/8”. Most activities I will sweat alot. Pics fromTrucker hat with NoSweat the first day wear and see how and liners install. CS

I have been using NoSweat hat liner for years and I find them very effective. The absorption capacity is very good and it has pretty much eliminated sweat stains on my cap.
